1. Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide when you contact OpsJolt. This can include your name, work email address, company or business information, the content of your message, and details about the workflow, process, or automation project you want to discuss.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, information you send through that service is also processed according to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms.

Our hosting and technical service providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate automation opportunities, prepare proposals or recommendations, communicate about requested services, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use inquiry data for unrelated third-party advertising.

3. Service providers and third-party services

OpsJolt currently relies on third-party services that may process limited information on our behalf:

  • Netlify for website hosting, delivery, security, and related infrastructure.
  • FormSubmit for transmitting website contact-form submissions to the OpsJolt inbox.
  • WhatsApp / Meta when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
  • Google Fonts to load website typography from Google's servers.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies and may process data in countries different from yours.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website or deliver requested services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights or security, or respond to lawful requests from authorities.

5. Data retention

We keep inquiry and business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, manage potential or active client relationships, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal and administrative requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the communication and service relationship.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no website, email system, messaging platform, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your personal information. You may also ask us to stop using your information for communications that are not necessary to fulfill your request.

To make a privacy request, contact us at marmarissam.cs@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

8. International processing

Because OpsJolt works with cloud and communications providers, information may be processed or stored outside your country. Where applicable, we rely on the safeguards provided by our service providers and applicable law.

9. Children's privacy

OpsJolt's services are intended for businesses and professionals. The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact OpsJolt at marmarissam.cs@gmail.com or through the contact options available on opsjolt.com.
